For Automating Manual Work

The work that runs on copy and paste.

Every business has a task someone does by hand every day because no two systems talk to each other. We find the ones worth automating and connect them.

What you get

A repeated manual task replaced by something that runs on its own and tells you when it cannot.

01

Image-in, shortlist-out search replacing a manual catalogue lookup.

02

A regulatory assistant handling the repeated question and escalating the rest.

03

Systems connected so a record entered once does not get retyped downstream.

Before you ask
How do we know which task to automate first?

Frequency times annoyance, roughly. The free audit asks about your current workflow and comes back with a diagnosis in about a minute, which is a reasonable place to start.

What if one of the systems has no API?

Common, and usually solvable. Scheduled exports, email parsing and browser automation are all legitimate answers when the vendor offers nothing better.

What happens when an automation fails?

It tells someone. Silent failure is the real risk with automated work, so every flow we build has a visible state and an alert when it stops.

Do people lose their jobs?

In our experience the work moves rather than disappears — the person who was retyping records starts handling the exceptions the automation flags.
