Do you build for iOS and Android, or the web?
All three, and usually we advise on which of them you actually need first. A web app reaching phones is often the right first version; native follows when something specific requires it.
What happens if the scope changes mid-build?
It usually does. Working in two-week increments is what makes that affordable — a change is priced against the remaining work, not against a contract signed months earlier.
Who owns the code?
You do. Repositories, cloud accounts and app store listings are in your name from the start, not transferred at the end.
Can you take it over after launch?
We can run it, or we can hand it to your team and stay available for the questions. Both are normal; neither is assumed.
